Return & Exchange Policy
Sapphire Purple specializes in print-on-demand products. All products are unique and produced only when ordered. These are customized (or personalized) to your specification. Therefore, we are unable to support returns and exchanges in instances where you ordered the wrong size, color, or you simply have a change of mind. As such, be sure you take the time to order the product that best suits you.
However, in the event that the item was damaged, misprinted, did not arrive, or the wrong item was received, a free replacement or refund is offered if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please send us an email immediately with an official request for a return at help@sapphirepurple.store displaying your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept items sent back to us without an official request for a return.
If there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) for all affected items, visible in one frame, will be required for confirmation purposes. Upon evaluating your photo(s) or video received, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your return.
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved or not. If you desire a refund, please see our refund policy here. If you have opted for a replacement, we will email you again with a tracking link when your replacement item has been shipped. We anticipate that you will receive your replacement item within 10 business days from the processing of your return.
