What is the difference between a regular product and a print-on-demand product?
Print-on-demand products are produced only after an order is placed, ensuring a fresh and customized product. Essentially, your product is made to order. Regular products are typically mass-produced in advance and may have a large inventory.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The production and shipping time for print-on-demand orders can vary depending on the product, location, and shipping method. Please refer to our shipping policy for estimated delivery times.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer standard shipping only in the United States and internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method. Kindly peruse the shipping policy for the current shipping rates.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Our return policy states that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized products, but we offer free replacements or refunds for damaged items or manufacturing errors if contacted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at help@sapphirepurple.store with your order number and a clear photo of the issue for evaluation. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Can I customize the design or color of the product?
We offer customization options on selected designs and products. Please note that designs and products available for personalization will give you an option to enter your customization details.
What is your payment policy?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments Gateway.
How do I track my order?
