Refund Policy

Sapphire Purple offers products that are unique and produced only when ordered. These are customized to your specification and personalized to your preferences. Therefore, we are unable to support returns and exchanges in instances where you ordered the wrong size or color.

However, in the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement or refund is offered if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Such cases may include where the item was damaged, misprinted, did not arrive, or the wrong item was received. Please be sure to send us an email immediately at help@sapphirepurple.store with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. 

Kindly be informed that if 30 days have elapsed since you have received the item, we are unable to offer you a replacement or refund. Likewise, we will not be able to accept items sent back to us without an official request for a return.

Upon conducting preliminary evaluation of your photo (or video), we will email you with instructions on how and where to send your return. We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In the event that you have opted for a replacement, we will send you the product within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, and you still have not received your refund or replacement, please contact us at help@sapphirepurple.store.
